Summer's dishes

what about some ice cream or sorbet in this bloody sunny day??
someone ask me about that lately
but where's the ice cream, honey??

imagine....
in this tropical heat you spend your day with some kind of tropical taste inside your mouth. what about mango sorbet from "new zealand ice cream" you can feel it melt beneath your tounge. then the vivid yellow color will brighten up your day. have fun with it fellas!!

talkin about the day...
i've been bake some brownies and some cornflakes cookies in my oven
and i get some extra sweat too. fuhh..whataday whataday!!
and having a cold korean noodle.. umm.... it's the best dish you can deal for this over heat temperature. it called Nengmyeon (kinda weird name isn't it?)the ingredients are:

* homemade beef stock, then freeze it
* soba (some kind of tiny buckwheat noodles)
* sweet pear, peeled and sliced
* cucumber, sliced and julienned
* sweet sour sauce made from sugar, lemon, and red hot chillies

pour all in the bowl and you can satisfy your appetite in this hot summer days

i'll send more reports later..
summer days always be awesome for me

p.s sorry i can't put the naengmyeon picture, i've already empty the bowl huahahahha^^

well, i have tried nengmyeon. it was delicious. but, for this bloody sunny day, i prefer ice cream. care to have a scoop or two of gelato with me? it's an italiano style, signora rinda ^^

ciao.
